Shipping policy

Each order is carefully prepared and packed by me before it leaves my studio. Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product.

Processing Times

Most orders are made or prepared to order. Please refer to the individual product listing for any specific processing time.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order and is separate from shipping or delivery time.

Art Prints

Art prints are made to order and will be prepared for shipment according to the processing time listed on the product page.

Prints are packaged carefully to help protect them during transit.

Stickers

Stickers purchased on their own are shipped via USPS letter mail with a stamp and no tracking. This allows me to offer free shipping on sticker orders.

Because letter mail is untracked, delivery times can vary and tracking information will not be provided.

Moonveil Society

Moonveil Society shipping is free.

Each month's correspondence is carefully assembled and mailed at the beginning of the following month. For example, the August correspondence will be mailed in early September.

Society correspondences are sent via USPS letter mail with a stamp and no tracking.

Please keep this in mind when joining the Society, as delivery times may vary and tracking information will not be available.

Shipping Within the United States

Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Some smaller items may be sent via untracked letter mail, while larger orders may be sent using a tracked shipping service.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing or postal delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to update the address before your order ships, but I cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.

If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage may be required to resend it.
