Cancellation policy

Moonveil Society Subscriptions

Moonveil Society is a recurring monthly subscription. When you join the Society, you will be charged the subscription price at the frequency selected at checkout, and your membership will automatically renew each month until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription management link or by contacting me directly.

When cancellations take effect

To avoid being charged for your next month's correspondence, please cancel your subscription before your next scheduled renewal date.

If your subscription has already renewed and the monthly correspondence has entered processing or has been prepared for shipment, that month's order cannot be canceled. Your cancellation will take effect for future months.

Each month's correspondence is shipped at the beginning of the following month.

Changing your subscription

If you need to update your payment method, shipping address, or other subscription details, please use the subscription management link provided in your order or subscription confirmation email.

Refunds

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed. Please see the Return & Refund Policy for information about refunds and damaged or incorrect orders.
